I have been practicing yoga for almost 20 years, mostly hatha yoga, which is the style that suites me best. I always wanted to deepen my practice, so I completed the 200 hours of Hatha Yoga teacher training in March 2024. I didn't know if I'd liked to teach yoga, but turns I love it! I am passionate about sharing with others the benefits of yoga, I love the creativity of building each class. I find incredibly rewarding when students tells me how much yoga is improving their wellbeing, I thoroughly enjoy the energy in each class and the feeling of warmth and stillness during the final relaxation.  There is always something more to learn in yoga and I am currently studying more in depth anatomy - to keep improving the ways I can support my students -and restorative yoga. I am a member of Yoga Alliance.

I share my home with my husband and our adorable (and slightly naughty) dog, Eddie. I absolutely thrive on being active, surrounded by nature, and exploring new places. Besides my passion for yoga, I am also in love with snowboarding, having grown up in the Italian Alps. Balancing my hectic office job four days a week can be quite challenging, but yoga really helps me to remain stress-free…my colleagues have also benefited from my monthly breathing sessions!
