I teach mainly hatha and hatha flow classes. I love to be creative with my flows and to bring something different each time, whilst maintaining consistent core elements so my students can see their progress. I usually include a warm-up, sun salutations followed by a standing poses, floor poses, finishing off with relaxation in savasana. I bring yoga concepts and techniques into each class so that students can deepen and progress their understanding of yoga as a philosophy and lifestyle, not only the physical side of it. I always provide modifications to accommodate for different levels, body types, and injuries. I design my in person classes for 121 and small groups to cater for the needs of each individual.
