Classes

I teach mainly hatha flow classes. I love to be creative with my flows and to bring something different each time, whilst maintaining consistent core elements so my students can see their progress. I usually include a warm-up, sun salutations followed by a standing poses flow, floor poses, finishing off with relaxation in savasana.  I bring yoga concepts and techniques into each class, and  classes are grouped in blocks of 4 to 6 classes – this allows me to develop a theme and a path for each block so that students can deepen and progress better their understanding of yoga. I always provide modifications to accommodate for different levels, body types, and injuries.  I design my in person classes for 121 and small groups to cater for the needs of each individual.
